When GuocoLand began the construction of their residences in Lentor Modern, their mixed-use project that is integrated into the Lentor Hills Estate, in September 2022, it received the most enthusiastic reception. In Lentor Modern, units comprise one-to four-bedroom apartments that range from 527 square feet to 1,528 square feet. There is a “flex space” was added to the layout of two-to-four-bedroom units.
